（中央社記者黃名璽台北9日電）總統府發言人陳以信今天強調，政府必須在內政與外交上取得適當平，不會輕忽颱風所可能帶來災情，也不能讓中華民國的對外邦誼受到負面影響。
馬總統11日將率團出訪，展開任內第11次出訪的「久揚專案」，由於中央氣象局晚間可能針對昌鴻颱風發布陸上颱風警報，對是否會影響馬總統出訪行程，陳以信作以上表示。
陳以信說，馬總統一向重視政府防災與救災準備，針對昌鴻颱風來襲，已指示行政院以「料敵從寬、禦敵從嚴」的原則，加強政府各項防颱準備。1040709
